Data centers designed for AI and high-density computing: powered by hydroelectricity, cooled by liquid loops, and located next to a customer who recovers their heat.
Our data centers are designed as heat sources. Cooling water exits the servers at between 45 and 60°C and directly supplies a factory, a greenhouse, or a thermal network, replacing natural gas.
A server converts almost all of its electricity into heat. Rather than releasing it into the air, we locate each data center next to a customer who can use it: a factory, a greenhouse, or a district heating network. The customer replaces some of its natural gas, and the IT operator gets cheaper cooling.
Sites ranging from 5 to 50 MW, each linked to an identified thermal customer. The power outputs indicated correspond to phase 1 of each project.
Colocation for AI and HPC loads with direct liquid cooling, at sites ranging from 5 to 50 MW in Quebec, Ontario, and New York State. Each site is qualified with its electrical connection and heat customer before being marketed.
A FirstBlock data center located near your factory, greenhouses, or district heating network provides you with continuous, water-loop heat at a stable price, replacing natural gas. We finance and operate the infrastructure; you buy the heat.

Our data centers are designed from the ground up to recover their waste heat. Factories, greenhouses, district heating networks: HeatConnect redirects this energy to where it can replace natural gas.
